In September, we welcomed our new captain-in-chief and CEO, Lynn Campbell, to the help2read team. This exciting transition provided us with the perfect opportunity to assess our work to date, plan for the future and identify sustainable and effective strategies to use in delivering our work in the literacy space in order to grow our impact.

Our work is entrenched in dynamic and diverse environments, which makes it a necessity for us as a team to not only focus on our planned outputs, but to also regroup as a team. Fittingly, Lynn Campbell noted at our October Staff Conference, “It is not business as usual, the goal is to eradicate literacy and collaboratively. If we recognise and use our strengths we can accomplish so much more.”
